This well-known listed corporate is a market leader providing consumer services to a broad customer base across Australia. Based in Sydney, they are looking to bring in an experienced treasury professional who can help to support their growth over the next few years.

The role is focused on managing funding, liquidity and capital strategies. Working closely with lenders and managing key stakeholder relationships, the role will oversee daily treasury operations and update and monitor financial risk management and governance for the group. Another focus will be to lead technology and transformation initiatives for the function and drive process improvement and efficiencies in planning, reporting and analysis. As a key executive leadership role, collaboration with various finance teams including Strategy and M&A will be important.

This broad and hands-on role will suit an experienced treasury leader in a dynamic, mid-size business or a deputy or assistant treasurer in a larger corporate. Strong technical knowledge from a sophisticated environment is important as we are looking to bring in best practice capability. M&A experience would be valuable.
