Job summary

Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA) in Docklands, VIC, seeks a Head of Strategy, Products and Architecture to lead the organisation's technology strategy, digital product ownership and architecture function. You will set the IT strategy, roadmap and investment alignment with regulatory priorities while partnering across the organisation.

The role requires senior leadership, product ownership maturity, and oversight of enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Seasoned technology leader with experience shaping enterprise architecture and product ownership in complex organisations.
• Ability to influence senior executives and align technology investments with regulatory priorities.
• Experience leading responsible adoption of emerging technology and AI in the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPA's technology strategy, digital product ownership and architecture capability.
• Set and maintain EPA's IT strategy and technology roadmap.
• Own the Product Ownership Framework and EPA's enterprise and solution architecture.
• Establish technology innovation function and lead assessment and adoption of emerging technology and AI.
• Report to the Director, Technology, Data and Information and lead a team of 6+ direct reports.
