Job summary

Lutheran Education Australia Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Wellbeing for Geelong Lutheran College to lead a proactive, student-centred wellbeing vision across two campuses. This role involves ensuring a consistent culture of wellbeing, working with key staff to champion contemporary practices that support student's growth.

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership in student wellbeing, have VIT registration, and be committed to continuous professional learning in alignment with Christian values. A strong collaborative and inclusive school environment is fostered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in student wellbeing and pastoral care.
• Strong capability in building positive school culture and leading teams.
• Expertise in managing complex wellbeing matters and supporting vulnerable students.

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain a whole‑school wellbeing strategy from Prep–Year 12.
• Oversee wellbeing programs, systems, and structures.
• Provide leadership in child safety as Chief Child Safety Officer.
• Support staff with professional learning and coaching.
• Coordinate case management for students with complex needs.
