Mitchelton State High School in Brisbane is seeking a focused and dynamic Head of Department - Student Services to join a committed team dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for our students. The role supports student wellbeing, engagement and inclusion across year levels and will work closely with the Executive Team, Leadership Team, staff and parent/community body.

Responsabilidades

• Lead student wellbeing, engagement, attendance and positive behaviour initiatives across the school.
• Coordinate case management, intervention and support strategies for students experiencing academic, social, emotional or behavioural challenges.
• Build strong partnerships with students, families, staff and external agencies to improve student outcomes.
• Provide leadership and support to staff in student wellbeing, behaviour management and engagement practices.
• Analyse attendance, wellbeing and behaviour data to inform targeted interventions and school improvement strategies.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive and supportive school culture where all students are known, valued and supported.
