Infrastructure Delivery Lead – Multi-Residential Projects

The Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Infrastructure Delivery Lead to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multi-residential projects, from feasibility and design through to construction and handover. You’ll lead high-performing teams, manage contractors and consultants, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multi-residential projects, ensuring innovative, market-leading design and efficient delivery
• Develop strategies to optimise timelines, construction methods, and project profitability
• Identify and propose land acquisition opportunities for future multi-residential developments
• Oversee planning, approvals, permits, and compliance with building codes and regulations
• Drive modern construction methodologies, including modular and off-site building techniques
• Manage project risks, budgets, and reporting to senior management and the Board
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability

Technical Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Property Development or related field
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in multi-residential construction and property development
• Proven track record delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use projects valued at $25m+
• Strong knowledge of modern construction methodologies and contracts
• Advanced financial acumen with experience in feasibility analysis and cost management
• In-depth understanding of building costs, planning regulations, and compliance requirements
• Leadership experience with multi-disciplinary teams and external consultants
• Experience with sustainable building practices and green certification
• Experience with modular or off-site construction techniques
