Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Special Education Program to meet diverse student needs.
• Provide expert guidance to school leaders and teachers on adjustments and targeted interventions.
• Coordinate access to external services, professional development and resources for students requiring substantial adjustments.
• Implement and monitor NCCD data collection and ensure documentation aligns with requirements.
• Build partnerships with families, government agencies and community groups to improve outcomes.
• Support curriculum differentiation in Mathematics and English and apply data to guide teaching.
