Job summary

The role requires strong partnerships with stakeholders and adept implementation of NSW DoE/NESA policies, with a clear focus on post-school pathways for students. Aboriginal education commitments are central to the school’s mission.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and build partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Experience implementing DoE and NESA systems with a focus on wellbeing.
• Understanding of curriculum, assessment and student welfare needs.
• Strong educational leadership to manage performance of teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across school communities.
