Job summary

WSA is seeking a senior ANZ Retail leader to shape sales performance across Australia and New Zealand. You will drive revenue growth, oversee a network of Regional Business Managers, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer outcomes and operational excellence.

You will develop robust governance, forecasting and performance processes while building leadership capability to scale the business transformation across the retail network.

Join our ANZ Retail leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping sales performance across Australia and New Zealand. This role leads a network of Regional Business Managers, driving sustainable growth, customer outcomes and operational excellence across the retail business. It is a unique opportunity to influence strategy, build leadership capability and contribute to business transformation at scale.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the ANZ retail sales strategy, translating business objectives into actionable plans that drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, market share expansion and improved store productivity across Australia and New Zealand
• Establish robust sales governance, performance management and forecasting processes, using commercial insights and market trends to identify opportunities, manage risks and deliver agreed financial outcomes
• Lead, coach and develop Regional Business Managers, creating a culture of accountability, capability building, succession planning and high performance throughout the retail network
• Partner with Retail Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure consistent execution of customer standards, operational excellence initiatives, compliance requirements and continuous improvement programmes
• Spearhead strategic projects, business transformation initiatives and organizational change programmes that support long term growth, scalability and commercial effectiveness
• Build strong cross functional relationships with Marketing, Finance, People & Culture, Customer Care and Executive Leadership teams to align priorities, optimize business performance and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

What you bring

• University degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management or a related discipline, with additional leadership development being advantageous
• 10+ years of experience in retail sales leadership, including responsibility for multi site operations, sales performance management and leading leaders across geographically dispersed teams
• Solid experience in sales funnel management, customer acquisition, conversion optimization and revenue growth strategies within a customer focused environment
• Experience identifying new commercial opportunities, developing local market initiatives and delivering results across diverse funding, reimbursement or service models
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, work across multiple functions and balance commercial objectives with customer outcomes
• Ability to travel extensively across Australia and New Zealand, supported by a current driver license and flexibility to operate across multiple regional locations
