The role:

You’ll shape and deliver innovative mental health programs that help people return to work and reclaim their lives. As part of our senior leadership team, you’ll build and guide a strong, connected team and lead with the kind of care and ambition that sets Navigator apart.   • Own the Primary Psychological Program and drive evidence-based psychological services across a national business
  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled clinicians and support staff
  • Collaborate with peers, both the Leadership and Executive team to drive growth and service experience.
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional service delivery that leads to excellent customer feedback and patient outcomes.
  • Shape new business opportunities and clinical training programs
  • Drive budgets, analytics and decision making that turn ambition into measurable outcomes.
  • Deliver high-impact outcomes in return-to-work and mental health.
  • Lead a positive, inclusive and ethical work climate that attracts, retains and motivates high performing employees.

About you:

  • Proven senior leadership in psychological or allied health services.
  • Registered Clinical Psychologist with Clinical endorsement (AHPRA).
  • SIRA registered.
  • A track record of building dynamic, high performing teams.
  • Commercial acumen and a flair for spotting new business opportunities
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it to achievable business strategies.
  • Self-motivation and resilience combined with a track history of achieving exceptional business outcomes.
