You will build capability, embed values, and support organisational growth during an expected expansion of about one‑third. A hands‑on leadership role focusing on practical people leadership and change management.

Qualificações

• Senior HR / People and Culture leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations frameworks.
• Experience in employee relations, organisational development and change management.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams.
• Collaborative, service‑oriented approach partnering with leaders.
• Experience in workforce planning and talent acquisition.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the People and Culture function to support organisational performance and growth.
• Ensure compliance with people-related legislative, regulatory obligations.
• Build trusted partnerships with leaders and coach teams on people practices.
• Translate strategy into everyday practice and supervise a small team (P&C Business Partner, P&C Coordinator, Talent Manager).
