Job summary

CS Energy is seeking an experienced Manager Operations at Callide Power Station to provide strategic leadership across operations and performance. You will lead the Operations and Performance teams, oversee coal supply logistics, process chemistry and the Waste Containment Facility, and collaborate with external stakeholders to deliver safe, reliable and cost-effective generation.

You will report to the General Manager and drive improvements, align with JV partners, and foster a high-performance

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience in production, mining, power generation, heavy industry or similar.
Demonstrated success leading teams with HSE, cost and performance outcomes.
Senior operational leadership with cross-discipline influence.
Understanding of industrial processes and data-driven decision making.
Experience using SAP or similar systems for reporting and performance management.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to Operations and Performance teams and drive targets.
Maximise unit output, reduce downtime and improve asset utilisation.
Monitor operational metrics and drive sustainable improvements.
Collaborate with JV partner for alignment and governance.
Manage coal supply relationships and fuel security planning.
Oversee WCF governance and process chemistry support.
Develop site business plans and long-term objectives.
Coach and develop regional leaders and build capability.
