Pivac Engineering in Perth, WA, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise our fabrication and site operations. You will oversee project delivery, resource allocation, and team performance across construction and engineering projects, ensuring safety and efficiency on every site.

You will align with senior management, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong client relationships and regulatory compliance within Western Australia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years' experience in fabrication operations and project management within construction or fabrication.
• Proven ability to deliver multiple steel projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication and construction processes, site safety, and Australian standards.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining existing client relations and creating new relationships within the sector.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Supporting tender preparation and project planning activities as required.
• Coordinating with divisional managers, site supervisors, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication.
• Monitoring operational costs and implementing strategies to improve efficiencies.
• Managing operations and on-site teams to maintain high performance standards.
• Preparing operational reports and performance metrics for management review.
• Ensuring compliance with construction regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and safety.
