• Proven experience leading change and continuous improvement initiatives, with the ability to identify opportunities, engage stakeholders and deliver practical improvements to systems, processes and service delivery.
• Strong operational management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, navigate complex issues and deliver effective outcomes.
• Highly developed interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and support teams through change.
• Sound business management skills, including operational planning, resource management, governance and performance reporting.
• Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in business operations, management or a related discipline.
