Shred-X Pty is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead our Australian factory, fleet and processing operations from Yatala. You will report to the General Manager and guide State Managers to deliver performance across safety, quality and profitability.

Are you a hands-on operational leader who is mechanically minded, commercially savvy and passionate about improving how things work?

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead our factory, fleet and processing operations across Australia. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll lead our State Managers, drive operational performance and identify smarter, more efficient ways of working.
