Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty seeks an experienced Head of Operational Risk - Line 2 (Wealth & Value Chain) to provide independent 2nd line oversight of operational and non-financial risks across wealth/retail banking value chains. You will partner with senior leaders to assess risk, challenge remediation plans and ensure sustainable risk outcomes across complex portfolios.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' financial services experience with strong operational/non-financial risk expertise.
• Experience across value chain, wealth, retail banking or similarly complex financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes, controls, customer journeys and interconnected risks.
• Proven ability to provide independent second-line challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication, influencing and leadership skills.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
