Sante Recruitment is assisting a South Australian health service to recruit a Head of Unit – Obstetrics & Gynecology. The role combines strategic leadership with high-level clinical practice across antenatal, intrapartum and gynecology services.

Based 45 minutes from Adelaide CBD, the position offers protected leadership time, professional development and opportunities to influence service strategy, mentor teams and improve outcomes for women and families in the region.

Formación

• MBBS or equivalent qualification.
• Fellowship of RANZCOG or equivalent required.
• FRACGP/FRACRRM with GP obstetric experience and RANZCOG training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and clinical leadership for the Obstetrics & Gynaecology Unit.
• Shape the future direction of women's health services in the region.
• Deliver high-quality clinical care across antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal and gynaecology services.
• Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive service innovation, governance and quality improvement.
• Promote patient-centred, evidence-based care and workforce development.
