Job summary

Beyond Bank is seeking a dynamic Head of Member Operations and Fulfilment to lead lending fulfilment, member operations and service delivery across the organisation. You will drive operational excellence, lead a high-performing team and shape future operations through process, technology and data-driven improvements.

• Proven experience leading large operational teams in banking/financial services.
• Strategic leader who balances operational excellence with transformation and growth.
• Strong governance, risk and regulatory understanding in a highly regulated environment.
• Exceptional leadership, building capability and high-performing teams.
• Ability to influence Executive stakeholders and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Member Operations and Fulfilment to deliver efficient, member-focused services.
• Set and maintain service standards, targets, workflows and escalation paths across operations.
• Drive improvements in turnaround times, productivity, quality and member outcomes.
• Develop and execute the operations strategy aligned to corporate objectives.
• Lead transformation initiatives to simplify processes and improve service delivery.
• Provide visible leadership across all operational functions including Loan Fulfilment and Salary Packaging.
• Coach and develop leadership talent and manage succession planning.
• Ensure governance, compliance and risk controls are understood and managed.
