Qualifications

• Successful teacher with capacity to lead improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice.
• Knowledge of curriculum, assessment and student welfare; ability to design inclusive programs.
• Educational leadership to build capacity and manage performance of individuals and teams.
• Strong communication to engage students, staff and parents.
• Ability to plan and manage resources to support teaching and learning.
• Knowledge of and commitment to NSW Aboriginal education policy.
