Job summary

Buildability Group Professional Roles in Sydney is seeking a Head of Manufacturing to lead its production, warehousing and distribution operations. Reporting to the CEO, you will own manufacturing performance, people leadership, safety, quality and continuous improvement across the business.

You will oversee HACCP, food safety and WHS compliance while driving teams and strategic initiatives from Botany to support growth. This is a permanent full-time leadership role with a strong market package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations at a senior level.
• Background in food, beverage, FMCG or similar manufacturing.
• Strong HACCP, quality and safety systems knowledge.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and driving performance.

Head of Manufacturing – Botany, Sydney NSW – Permanent Full-Time

An established Australian food & beverage manufacturer is seeking an experienced Head of Manufacturing to lead its production, warehousing and distribution operations.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will take ownership of manufacturing performance, people leadership, safety, quality and continuous improvement across the business.
