• Eligibility for TRBWA registration.
• Appropriate Teacher Librarian qualifications or working towards this qualification with experience in education, strong knowledge of collection development, library management, and resource curation (print and digital) to support curriculum.
• Demonstrated excellence in learning and teaching.
• Demonstrated expertise in information literacy, inquiry learning with excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills across K–12 contexts.
• Highly developed information, communication and technology skills.
• Strong advocacy for all-girls’ education and the promotion of all-girls’ learning environments.
• Knowledge and commitment to the ethos and values of the College.
• Professional integrity and empathy for young people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of library services that support teaching, learning, information and digital literacy across the College.
• Combine expertise in learning and teaching, collection management, digital technologies and emerging educational innovations.
• Ensure the library remains a vibrant and relevant learning environment for all students.
