John Paul College International in Brisbane seeks an exceptional Head of Faculty - Languages to lead English and LOTE, including Chinese and Spanish, across Years 7–12. You will shape curriculum, drive student outcomes and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence.

You will guide Assistant Heads of Faculty and a team of educators, supporting professional renewal and career growth while leveraging data to improve results and managing a faculty budget.

• Demonstrated track record of faculty leadership and curriculum development.
• Strong data literacy and ability to use data to drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Languages faculty with vision and evidence-informed practice.
• Develop curriculum aligned with Australian Curriculum and senior syllabuses.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of educators.
• Support teacher renewal, appraisal and career growth.
• Use student data to drive measurable improvement in outcomes.
• Prepare and manage a faculty budget.
