We form the state's second-largest education provider, with more than 83,000 students relying on our nearly 14,000 dedicated staff each day. We are committed to fostering an environment where every child can achieve their full potential, and our office teams support schools to do exactly that.

Head of Integrated Solutions

Benefits of the Role
  • Competitive remuneration: Level M1-M4 on the CEWA salary scale ($196,815 - $220,678 per annum) plus superannuation, with an additional 2.5% super contribution for senior leaders
  • Leave entitlements: Five additional paid leave days during Christmas and Easter closures, plus System Leaders Renewal Leave
  • Financial benefits: Salary packaging options, deferred salary program (after two years), and relocation package for eligible candidates
  • Health & wellbeing: Free onsite parking, corporate health insurance discounts, Fitness Passport access, flu vaccinations, and workplace health checks
  • Professional growth: Ongoing learning opportunities, CEWA scholarship program, and flexible work arrangements
  • Support services: Employee Assistance Program for staff and their families
  • Family-friendly policies: Enhanced parental leave provisions
Selection Criteria
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic product management, including roadmap development, backlog prioritisation, and agile delivery (sprint planning, execution, and review)
  • Proven leadership in managing and developing technical teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across internal teams and external vendors
  • Expertise in managing third-party integrations and ensuring system enhancements meet regulatory obligations and user expectations
  • Solid understanding of risk management practices related to digital systems, including security, updates, and support continuity
  • Commitment to supporting the Catholic ethos in the performance of duties
Highly Desirable
  • Experience working within education or not-for-profit sectors
  • 5+ years in software development and support service delivery
