Metcash Trading Limited in New South Wales is seeking a Head of Integrated Planning to lead how we plan, prioritise and execute initiatives that drive sales across our IGA supermarket network. You will build a connected, end-to-end planning approach, align Commercial, Merchandise, Retail, Marketing and State teams, and guide governance and execution to deliver measurable retail growth.

The role requires S&OP/IBP leadership, senior stakeholder engagement, and a tertiary qualification in Business

• Experience in FMCG or Retail planning.
• Ability to translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
