Why This Role?

SEEK is redefining its role in the HRTech ecosystem, and this is your chance to lead the way. As Head of HR Technology Partnerships, you’ll shape SEEK’s strategic partner landscape—spanning ATS providers, CRMs, HR software vendors, and job distribution platforms. You’ll drive commercial outcomes, ensure seamless tech integrations, and future-proof SEEK’s platform for our customers across 8 APAC markets. This is a critical and highly visible role where ecosystem leadership meets growth delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead SEEK’s technology partnership strategy and:

  • Define and drive SEEK’s ecosystem roadmap and partner strategy
  • Identify and secure high-impact product, GTM, and commercial partnerships
  • Lead platform integrations and enable joint-solutions with partners
  • Cultivate strong relationships with HRTech C-suite and vendors
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team across APAC
  • Collaborate with Product, Strategy, Legal, Sales, Engineering & Exec
  • Monitor trends and shape SEEK’s response to tech disruption
  • Define and track success metrics across partner performance & revenue

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Commercial Growth Director, this role sits within SEEK’s Product extended leadership team and works closely with Strategy, Product, and Sales leaders. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping how SEEK connects with the HR technology ecosystem, creating mutual value and maintaining SEEK’s leadership across the region.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in partnerships, product strategy, or commercial roles in HRTech, SaaS or Talent Acquisition
  • Deep understanding of the recruitment tech ecosystem (ATS, CRMs, marketplaces, job boards)
  • Track record securing and scaling high-value strategic partnerships
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a product-first mindset
  • Strategic communicator with excellent C-suite stakeholder engagement
  • Proven people leader who inspires, empowers and delivers at pace
  • Ability to thrive in matrixed, cross-functional environments
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, humble in style, bold in impact
