About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, Group Strategy, the Head of Group Strategy is an enterprise leadership role responsible for orchestrating the Bank's overarching strategic vision, corporate planning cycles, and portfolio prioritisation.
In this role, you will take ownership of the Bank’s 2030 Strategy, translating high‑level enterprise ambitions into actionable, commercially grounded strategic roadmaps. Working at the intersection of long‑term vision and operational delivery, you will forge an integral partnership with the Group Transformation Office to ensure seamless alignment between strategic intent and execution capability.
