Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Head of Finance for Pinnacle Drinks, to lead the finance function across the Pinnacle portfolio, including wine production, bottling assets, and export operations. You will provide strategic financial input, partner with leadership, and drive the organization’s agenda with forward-looking analysis.

• CA/CPA or equivalent tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting.
• Senior finance leadership in FMCG/manufacturing/retail/beverage sectors.
• Strong track record in commercial business partnering, financial modeling, and driving commercial outcomes.
• Outstanding stakeholder management with ability to challenge, influence executive decisions and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic co-pilot to the Managing Director and leadership team to optimize ROI across brand development, production, and distribution.
• Lead long-term strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Evaluate business cases, pricing strategies, capex, and cost-to-serve models.
• Oversee financial controls, compliance, and internal/external reporting across manufacturing and supply chain.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering a collaborative culture.

The Head of Finance - Pinnacle Drinks requires a strong commercial finance leader with deep strategic and commercial acumen, proven leadership, and influencing skills. As a member of the Pinnacle Leadership team and the Endeavour Finance Leadership Team, you will help influence and drive the overall strategy for the business, provide valuable commercial input and be a critical Business Partner.

You will oversee the finance function for the entire Pinnacle business, which manages Endeavour Drinks’ portfolio of owned liquor brands, associated supply arrangements (including wine production and bottling assets), third-party sourcing, and exports across the BWS, Dan Murphy's, ALH, and direct-to-customer networks. The successful candidate will add value through forward-looking analysis and insights, and ultimately support delivery of Pinnacle’s strategic agenda.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering a collaborative, high-integrity culture.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA or equivalent tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting.
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or beverage sectors.
• Strong track record in commercial business partnering, financial modeling, and driving commercial outcomes.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge, influence executive decisions, and mentor teams.
