Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Head of Finance for Pinnacle Drinks, overseeing the finance function across our brands including BWS and Dan Murphy’s. You will partner with the MD and leadership team to drive ROI, pricing, and capital decisions while ensuring robust controls and timely reporting.

The role requires proven senior finance leadership in FMCG or beverage sectors, with strong stakeholder management and mentoring capabilities.

Head of Finance - Pinnacle Drinks requires a strong commercial finance leader with deep strategic and commercial acumen, proven leadership, and influencing skills. As a member of the Pinnacle Leadership team and the Endeavour Finance Leadership Team, you will help influence and drive the overall strategy for the business, provide valuable commercial input and be a critical Business Partner.

You will oversee the finance function for the entire Pinnacle business, which manages Endeavour Drinks’ portfolio of owned liquor brands, associated supply arrangements (including wine production and bottling assets), third-party sourcing, and exports across the BWS, Dan Murphy's, ALH, and direct-to-customer networks. The successful candidate will add value through forward-looking analysis and insights, and ultimately support delivery of Pinnacle’s strategic agenda.

• Act as a strategic co-pilot to the Managing Director and leadership team to optimize ROI across brand development, production, and distribution.


• Lead long-term strategy, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and performance tracking.


• Evaluate business cases, pricing strategies, capital expenditure, and cost-to-serve models.


• Oversee robust financial controls, compliance, and accurate internal/external reporting across manufacturing and supply chain operations.


• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering a collaborative, high-integrity culture.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA or equivalent tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting.


• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or beverage sectors.


• Strong track record in commercial business partnering, financial modeling, and driving commercial outcomes.


• Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge, influence executive decisions, and mentor teams.
