The Role

As Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of Our Patch. You will oversee financial operations, compliance, budgeting, and strategic planning, ensuring our financial sustainability and growth.

About You
  • CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification

  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
  • Deep knowledge of Australian accounting standards and regulations
  • Excellent communicator, able to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
  • Tech-savvy, with expertise in financial management software (Xero, MYOB)
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Willing to engage with teams on the ground through site visits and holiday programs
Additional Responsibilities
  • Board Engagement - Support quarterly Board meetings, including high-level financial reporting and presentations
