u&u Recruitment Partners are pleased to partner with a global financial group who are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Enterprise Governance to lead and enhance their governance frameworks. Sydney based.
This pivotal role ensures robust oversight, transparency, and accountability across all levels of the business, while supporting the Board, Committees, and senior leadership teams.
The successful candidate will drive best practice governance initiatives, strengthen regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and embed a culture of strong governance that supports effective decision-making.
Reporting to an experienced Executive Director and with two direct reports, key responsibilities of the role include:
About You
You will be a seasoned governance leader with proven experience in a senior company secretarial, governance, or legal role in a regulated environment. You will bring strong technical knowledge, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence and support decision-making at the highest levels.
You will bring a proven ability to drive governance uplift and transformation and possess corporate governance qualifications (e.g. GIA, AICD or equivalent).
