What you’ll be doing:

• Lead & mentor Engineering Managers, ensuring squads are resourced, focused & executing with excellence.
• Own the engineering delivery rhythm: from quarterly OKRs to weekly tactical execution.
• Drive roadmap alignment, unblock teams, and ensure engineering is a key player in business success.
• Collaborate with Product & Leadership on org design, hiring strategy, and scaling best practices.
• Elevate the craft: advocate for engineering excellence, mentor through design reviews, and foster a high-performance culture.

What you'll bring to the team:

• Proven Software Engineering leadership
• Strong foundation as a software engineer
• A clear, confident communication style—able to influence, inspire, and navigate greenfield opportunities.
• Experience balancing long-term vision with fast-paced delivery, scaling teams, and levelling up managers.
