Job summary

MECCA Brands is seeking an experienced Head of eCommerce on a fixed-term contract to lead the Digital team. You will shape the vision, strategy, and performance of MECCA Brands’ online business as we accelerate toward the ambition to be the #1 Beauty Destination in ANZ.

You will define a best-in-class digital commerce strategy that drives growth, oversee the eCommerce P&L, and lead a high-performing team to deliver omnichannel experiences across online touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in eCommerce or digital retail.
• Proven ability to grow online revenue and manage a P&L.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven decision making with customer insight translation.
• Experience partnering with Product and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the eCommerce growth strategy to meet annual targets.
• Set the strategic direction for website and app experiences.
• Shape roadmaps for functionality with Digital Product and tech partners.
• Drive SEO, UX/UI and discovery experiences with measurable tests.
• Lead, coach and grow the eCommerce team and governance processes.
• Manage eCommerce budget and collaborate with Finance for P&L.
