Qualifications
- Significant executive leadership experience within digital consulting, technology or professional services.
- Proven ownership of a P&L and responsibility for business growth and performance.
- Strong track record of winning work and developing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Australian Digital business strategy and performance.
- Own revenue, profitability, growth and investment priorities.
- Build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities across Digital Advisory, Data & AI, Digital Engineering, Software Services and Technology Consulting.
- Develop executive-level client relationships and lead major pursuits.
- Expand WSP's reputation as a trusted, innovative digital partner.
- Inspire high performance and develop a team of digital leaders and specialists.
- Shape future capability through mentoring and strategic recruitment.
- Represent Australia in WSP's Global Digital Strategy development.
