Job summary

WSP Australia is seeking a Director to lead the Australian Digital business, shaping strategy, culture and commercial success across the region. You will guide a team of ~90 professionals, own a significant P&L, and drive growth while representing Australia in WSP's Global Digital Leadership.

You will build client relationships, lead major pursuits, and mentor leaders to deliver digital advisory, data science, software services, and technology-enabled transformation.

We're looking for an exceptional leader to take the helm of our Australian Digital business and help shape the future of Digital across our region. As Director, you'll lead a team of approximately 90 digital professionals, own a significant P&L, drive strategic growth, and represent Australia within WSP's Global Digital Leadership team. This is a rare opportunity to influence digital strategy at both a national and international level while leading a business focused on digital advisory, software services, data science, digital engineering and technology-enabled transformation.

The Opportunity

This is more than a leadership role. You'll define the strategy, culture and commercial success of WSP Digital across Australia while connecting regional priorities with WSP's global digital vision. You'll drive growth, build market-leading client relationships, shape major pursuits and lead high-performing teams that deliver meaningful outcomes for some of Australia's most significant organisations. Working closely with Advisory and business leaders across WSP, you'll champion innovation, strengthen capability and position WSP as a trusted digital advisor in a rapidly evolving market.
