ExecThread is seeking a Head of Digital, Technology, and Data to lead its digital and AI strategy in support of its conservation mission. You will set strategic direction, define architecture, and oversee delivery of technology, digital systems, business applications, and data functions.

You will drive the development and maintenance of the digital and AI strategy, ensure information governance and cybersecurity, and lead a cross-functional team across multiple properties to deliver initiatives

The Company is seeking a Head of Digital, Technology, and Data to lead its digital and AI strategy in support of its conservation mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, architecture, and delivery of the organization's technology, digital systems, business applications, and data functions. This includes the development and maintenance of the digital and AI strategy, as well as ensuring the information and data protection framework, cybersecurity, and the reliability of applications.

The role also involves leading business application projects, managing functional budgets, and overseeing a team across multiple properties. Key to success in this position is the ability to secure ownership of the strategy from the Board, Senior Executive, and staff, and to ensure the coordinated delivery of initiatives with minimal disruption. Applicants for the Head of Digital, Technology, and Data role at the company should ideally hold graduate ICT qualifications, along with project management certification or equivalent experience.

The ideal candidate will be a senior digital and technology leader with a proven track record in developing and implementing digital strategies in complex stakeholder environments. Experience in leading the strategy and implementation of both internal and external customer-facing business applications, as well as overseeing complex project delivery is essential. The role requires a leader who has successfully managed digital and/or IT teams, coached managers, and driven organizational change.

A background in data analytics, performance reporting, and performance measurement is also necessary, along with high emotional intelligence, excellent communication, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders on systems and process change.
