Job summary

Zoos Victoria, based in Parkville, Melbourne, seeks a Head of Digital, Technology and Data to set the strategic direction, architecture and delivery of technology, digital systems, and data functions across four properties. You will develop the Digital and AI Strategy and lead data governance, cybersecurity and policy development.

You will oversee data literacy, change management, and end-to-end project delivery while managing budgets and a 12-person team.

Qualifications

• Senior digital and technology leader with experience developing and implementing digital strategies in complex stakeholder environments.
• Led strategy and implementation of internal and external customer-facing business applications.
• Experience coaching managers to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction, architecture and delivery of technology, digital systems, business applications and data functions.
• Develop and maintain the Digital and AI Strategy and data governance framework, including data literacy.
• Lead data protection and cybersecurity initiatives and ensure reliability of applications.
• Manage functional budgets and lead a team of 12 across four properties.
