Wesfarmers OneDigital seeks a Head of Data Intelligence to lead the Group’s data foundations and intelligence capabilities. You will shape strategy, governance and investment, unifying data across customer, B2B, product, digital and commercial domains to enable AI-enabled experiences and commercial value.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner with data science and technology leaders, and drive responsible data governance and privacy practices across the enterprise.

Qualificações

• 10+ years' senior experience leading data, analytics or AI functions within a large organisation.
• Experience building or maturing an enterprise-scale retail data asset or data layer (e.g. customer data platform, data mesh).
• Track record translating data into commercial value—personalisation, incrementality, cross-shop analytics.
• Experience with emerging AI and agentic architectures is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategy, roadmap and investment priorities for the Group’s data and intelligence capabilities.
• Own the Shared Data Asset design, development and governance.
• Quantify and demonstrate value generated from the Shared Data Asset by Wesfarmers retail businesses.
• Build and maintain trusted identity, attributes, segments and audiences for personalization and retail media.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering to ensure an ecosystem of data products and models.
• Lead shaping of data intelligence foundations to support AI models and agents.
• Ensure governance, privacy, quality, lineage and access controls.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across data integration, analytics and intelligence.
• Drive capability across OneDigital and divisions to improve data and AI-led decision-making.
