Job summary

The University of Adelaide is seeking a senior leader to oversee forecasting and performance across the institution. Based in the Adelaide CBD, this full-time, five-year contract role reports to the Chief Data and Analytics Officer and guides a team of experienced analysts.

You will drive strategic analytics, partner with portfolio leaders, sustain student load modelling and KPI frameworks, and champion continuous improvement in line with the University's values and objectives.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within a large complex organisation.
• Track record in performance reporting, forecasting and analytics.
• Ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and performance functions for University-wide decision making.
• Manage a senior analyst team and partner with stakeholders across portfolios.
• Drive continuous improvement and alignment with strategic objectives.
