Job summary

Airport Development Group (ADG) seeks a strategic and hands-on Head of Data & IT Engineering to lead the design, development and delivery of our data, AI, digital, and application ecosystem. You will partner with stakeholders and external partners to build scalable, secure, high-performing technology solutions.

This high-impact leadership role requires 7+ years in related fields with 3+ in leadership, experience delivering AI-enabled solutions, and a strong track record in Agile, DevOps and

Qualifications

• 7+ years in application development, data, AI or digital.
• 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven success delivering AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience leading Agile delivery teams and DevOps transformations.
• Strong knowledge of microservices and event-driven design.
• Deep understanding of data governance, security and compliance.
• Experience with data platforms, APIs and AI/ML integration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority across AI, data, integrations and app development.
• Co-lead IT strategy including AI, IoT and data platforms.
• Oversee in-house systems and ITIL release management.
• Champions Agile, DevOps and CI/CD for rapid delivery.
• Manage vendors and outsourced partners with quality controls.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security for secure solutions.
• Lead testing functions (SIT, UAT, test design).
• Establish data governance framework and data quality.
• Stay updated with AI, IoT and cloud tech.
• Conduct technical design reviews and code approvals.
• Apply ADG Risk Management Framework.
• Promote safety and sustainability mindset.
• Ensure alignment with cyber security policies.
