Transport for NSW is seeking a seasoned corporate governance leader to oversee Sydney Metro's governance framework, board and secretariat functions. You will lead a team of four, provide expert advice to senior leaders and partner with Directors and Executives to strengthen governance and compliance.

• Seasoned corporate governance professional with board and committee support experience.
• Strong company secretariat expertise and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to develop governance frameworks and drive improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead governance uplift initiatives and promote governance capability across the organisation.
• Provide expert corporate governance advice to senior leaders and Board stakeholders.
• Support Board, Audit & Risk Committee and Secretariat functions with effective governance practices.
• Drive ongoing enhancement of governance, policy and delegation frameworks.
