Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management of the CMS and the integrated CMS/DAMS.
• Manage the CMS Team delivering a highly efficient help desk and training programs.
• Analyze system performance and implement improvements and enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date policies for collection, documentation and information.
• Produce performance reports and manage user-generated reports.
