As a part of the broader EREA family, the organisation is shaped by the four touchstones of the EREA Charter: Gospel Spirituality, Inclusive Community, Liberating Education, and Justice and Solidarity. **ABOUT THE ROLE** Each Flexible School has a Head of Campus who has delegated responsibility from the Area Principal and Regional Director for the day-to-day management and leadership of the campus. The Head of Campus provides leadership and supervision to staff and the young people of the community, working collaboratively with the Area Principal, Regional Support Team members and other EREA Flexi Schools personnel as required. We are seeking a Head of Campus to join our Burdekin community in January 2027.
