Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the Business Department and uphold high expectations.
• Lead design, delivery, and review of curriculum aligned with Australian Curriculum v9 and senior syllabus.
• Mentor and develop departmental staff; manage performance and professional growth.
• Monitor student performance using data to inform teaching and maximise outcomes and wellbeing.
• Build partnerships with parents, universities, alumni and external networks.
• Oversee departmental resources, budgets, timetabling, and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure safeguarding standards and regulatory compliance are met.
