Job summary

Australian Unity Limited is seeking a strategic Head of Information, AI, Data and Technology Risk to lead the Group's risk oversight across information, cyber, data, AI and technology domains. You will report to the General Manager, Group Risk & Compliance, and influence executive decision-making while ensuring resilience and regulatory compliance.

• Experience leading second line risk in technology, data and AI domains.
• Proven ability to provide independent risk advice to executives and regulators.
• Strong governance and risk culture improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's second line information, cyber, data, AI and technology risk oversight.
• Provide expert risk advice and challenge to executives and technology teams on initiatives and material risks.
• Drive assurance activities to test controls and support continuous improvement across the control environment.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and industry standards including APRA CPS 234 and PCI requirements.
• Support governance forums with reporting, risk analysis and independent recommendations.
• Partner with technology, risk, legal and audit to strengthen risk culture and decision-making across the Group.
