ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting to the Regional Director, this Senior Leadership position offers an exceptional opportunity to manage the entire Aftersales / Customer Services operation. We are seeking a proven Aftersales Senior Leader who is strategic but also hands-on and present. A leader who has successfully initiated Change, has excellent technical insight and can deliver the experience down to the Retailer and Customer.
