Belgravia Activities – Hoppers Crossing VIC is seeking a Head Gymnastics Coach to lead Belgravia Kids gymnastics programs, drive safety, quality and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing a team of coaches, maintaining accreditations and aligning with site leadership on budgets and growth.

The position is part-time, requires WA/Police checks, and a strong focus on safety, development and staff coaching excellence.

Qualifications

Advanced Gymnastics Australia Coach Accreditation required.
Knowledge of children's gymnastics programs and progression.
Fanatical parent/customer care mindset.
Passionate about children’s development in gymnastics.
Annual updates to gymnastics accreditation.
Working with Children Check required.
National Police Check required.
Senior First Aid and CPR certificates.

Responsibilities

Achieving or exceeding the gymnastics program’s budgets through member growth and cost control.
Developing the gymnastics program into a high-quality, progressive, fun and safe offering.
Maximising profitability by meeting sales targets and motivating staff.
Collaborating with coaches and Program Managers from other venues to improve programs.
Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff.
Coordinating staff training and professional development.
Ensuring health and safety and child safety compliance.
