Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead The Strand Hotel Yeppoon kitchen. You will manage a busy seven-day operation, deliver quality pub classics and local favourites, and drive team performance in a coastal Yeppoon setting.

You will oversee menu execution, stock control, and food safety, while mentoring staff and maintaining a positive kitchen culture. This hands-on leadership role requires resilience, calm under pressure, and a passion for great guest experiences.
