Lead the kitchen of one of Perth’s standout waterfront venues. Set on the beautiful Claisebrook Cove in East Perth, Royal on the Waterfront is a high-volume venue delivering quality food, functions and events against one of Perth’s best waterfront backdrops. From weekend breakfasts through to busy lunches, dinners and major event periods, Royal offers a diverse and fast-paced kitchen operation with plenty of opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to make their mark.
We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead an established kitchen team and bring a fresh set of eyes to the operation. The venue has a steady team in place, so this is an opportunity for a strong leader to build on what’s already working, continue driving standards and look for ways to improve the kitchen and food offering. You’ll be responsible for leading the kitchen across everyday service, functions and high-volume event periods while keeping a close eye on labour, GP, quality and consistency.
