Job summary

Marsden Brewhouse, part of Laundy Hotels, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen and deliver exceptional dishes with consistency and style.

You will manage seasonal menus, control food costs and wages, mentor a large kitchen team, and safeguard food safety standards; must have at least 3 years as Head Chef in premium venues, strong leadership and excellent communication. Sydney-based with a vibrant hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Head Chef experience in a high-volume, premium restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in a multi-faceted event venue.
• Committed to the best standards of food preparation and service.
• Knowledge and experience of kitchen food safety systems.
• Skills for stocktaking and cost control.
• Ability to lead large teams and inspire kitchen culture.

As Head Chef at Marsden Brewhouse, you'll lead a team dedicated to delivering excellence in every dish. You will be responsible for but not limited to:
