Endeavour Group is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The Brook Hotel in Brisbane. The role demands hands-on kitchen leadership, strong team management, and a passion for pub classics crafted with care.

Qualifications

• Must hold trade cooking qualifications and valid food safety certifications.
• Experience leading busy kitchen teams and delivering consistent pub classics.
• Able to perform manual handling safely in a high-volume setting.

• Command the kitchen like it’s your own, keeping it running smooth, safe, and profitable

Inherent requirements:

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

• You’ve got trade cooking qualifications and food safety certifications sorted
