Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume kitchen operation.

• Proven ability to manage menus, including pasta and pizza.
• Solid understanding of HACCP and Food Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive kitchen operations to achieve financial plan and growth.
• Oversee menu planning and design with high-quality offerings.
• Ensure HACCP and Food Safety compliance across BOH.
• Manage inventory, COGS, labour costs and P&L reporting.
• Recruit, train and develop culinary team members.
• Collaborate with venue leaders to ensure guest experiences.
